Get help even when you cannot sign in to your account.

Email support
Write to support@getunivibe.app. Include the email associated with your account, a short description, and relevant screenshots. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact SupportAccount access
Tell us whether the issue involves sign-in, email confirmation, student verification, a suspended account, or account deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.
Safety and moderation
Use in-app reporting when available. For an appeal, email us with the subject “Moderation appeal,” your account email, and why you believe the decision should be reviewed. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in UniVibe Settings. If you cannot sign in, use the public deletion form.
Legal and privacy
Read the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Community Guidelines. Privacy-rights requests can use the same support address.
